REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for services provided by Bevantage Global HR Solutions, operated by:
PNR BEVANTAGE SOLUTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED Visranthi Daffodils, S8, Third Floor, Aruna Nagar, Puthur, Trichy – 620017, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. ₹499 LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
The current Bevantage HR Lifetime Membership fee is:
₹499/- inclusive of 18% GST
This is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription.
There is no recurring monthly or annual membership fee for the Lifetime Membership.
3. CANCELLATION
A candidate may request cancellation of a membership by contacting Bevantage HR through the official contact details provided below.
Because the membership provides access to digital services and AI-powered tools, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether the services have already been activated or substantially used.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable refund and tax treatment.
Examples of circumstances in which a refund request may be considered include:
duplicate payment;
payment successfully debited but membership not activated;
technical failure preventing access to the purchased service which cannot reasonably be resolved; or
another circumstance where Bevantage HR determines that a refund is appropriate.
Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.
5. REFUND AMOUNT AND GST
The membership price of ₹499 is GST-inclusive.
At an 18% GST rate:
Total amount paid: ₹499.00
Approximate taxable value: ₹422.88
Approximate GST component: ₹76.12
Where a refund is approved and applicable tax rules require GST to be retained, accounted for or otherwise treated separately, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Accordingly, ₹499 should not automatically be interpreted as a guaranteed net refund amount in every circumstance.
Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable GST and other tax requirements.
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund is approved and all required information has been received, the refund will normally be initiated within 7 working days.
The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's bank account may depend upon the payment gateway, bank or payment method.
7. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES
Where a payment gateway or financial institution has charged a non-refundable processing fee and such fee cannot legally be recovered by Bevantage HR, the amount refunded may be adjusted accordingly, subject to applicable law.
8. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Except where required by law or specifically approved by Bevantage HR, refunds may not ordinarily be available where:
the member has substantially used the digital services;
the member has used AI tools extensively;
the member has downloaded or generated substantial digital content;
the member has used the membership for job applications;
the member simply changes their mind after substantial use; or
the account has been suspended due to fraud, misuse or violation of the Terms & Conditions.
9. EMPLOYER / CORPORATE SERVICE REFUNDS
Employer and corporate-service refunds will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, service agreement, invoice or commercial agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for completed recruitment or HR services may not be refundable.
10. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Refund requests should include:
full name;
registered email address;
registered mobile number;
transaction ID;
payment date;
amount paid; and
reason for the refund request.

11. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS
Where a payment is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised, Bevantage HR may request additional information to verify the transaction before processing a refund.
